Newer Buildings Near the Mosaic District
Merrifield’s newest blocks cluster around the Mosaic District, a mixed-use development laid out like a small downtown. Much of the newer housing is in large apartment and condo buildings, where the exterior belongs to the association, not the owner.

Is 22081 really the Merrifield ZIP?
Usually not the one people expect. Merrifield has its own post office ZIPs, but the Census Bureau's 2020 ZIP maps show no residential area for 22081. About 70% of Merrifield's land sits in ZIP 22031, which carries a Fairfax mailing address. Most of the rest is in 22180 (Vienna) or 22042 (Falls Church). We serve all three.

Usually. We work to the edge of your unit and seal the transition. If flashing at a shared corner runs under the neighbor's siding, we'll explain that before any work is agreed.
